Dr. Eng. Kleopatra (Klery) Petroutsatou is Associate Professor at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Faculty of Engineering, Dpt. of Civil Engineering, Laboratory of Planning and Project Management. Her area of expertise is Construction Equipment, Cost and Management of Civil Engineering Projects. She holds a Diploma of Civil Engineering (Structural Division) from National University of Athens (NTUA). She holds a M.Sc. in Engineering Business Management (Hons) from University of Warwick in UK. She holds a PhD (Doctor Engineer) from Civil Engineering School of NTUA. She participated in two Post Graduate Courses “Project Management of Technical Projects” from 2015 until 2018 and “Law and Engineering for Energy” with focus on economic evaluation of energy projects from 2016 until 2018. She also has taught Strategic Organization of Companies in the academic year 2008-2009 at the Department of Production Engineers in Technical University of Crete. From 2014 until 2020 she worked as an Adjacent Professor and teaches at the Post Graduate Course “Project Management of Technical Projects” at Hellenic Open University of Greece. She is reviewer in international scientific journals and conferences.
She is certified for the submission and coordination of proposals under the European Scheme of Horizon 2020 from the International EU Grant ACADEMY.
She has submitted research proposals as leading coordinator in european and national research programs. She has completed two scientific programs as one of the main researchers. She has publications in international scientific journals and announcements in international conferences (google scholar: https://scholar.google.gr/citations?user=kCpjYU4AAAAJ&hl=el, scopus: https://www.scopus.com/authid/detail.uri?authorId=28167861200). From 1997 until 2012, she has worked in the private and public sector as auditor and consultant in technical companies and infrastructure projects. For three years she was member of the technical team at the office of the General Secretary for Concessions of the Ministry of Public Works in Greece. She was one of the three authors of “Greek Motorway Concessions Report” of the General Secretariat for Concessions of the Ministry of Public Works that was submitted in the Greek Parliament for Consultation in 2011.
